Your rental payment includes all furnishings, utilities (heat, hot water, gas and electricity), cable TV, high speed wireless internet access, convenient off-street parking, linens and towels. Our kitchens and bathrooms are equipped with all standard appliances. Each apartment is air conditioned. Coin-op laundry is available on-site, or we can arrange a laundry service for you at an additional charge. For longer stays, your residence will be professionally cleaned. We can arrange housekeeping services for any guest for an additional charge.
In inclement weather, we provide timely snow shoveling, and the common areas and grounds of our historic properties are well-landscaped and beautifully maintained.
