I have been a tenant of Portland Maine Rentals for 4 years, and have been extremely satisfied with the building maintenance, responsiveness to issues and the care that is taken when they rent an apartment.  Any time I have had an issue of concern it was immediately addressed and the staff is pleasant and courteous.
